05Administration Protocol

1. Preparation
Reconstitute lyophilised peptide with bacteriostatic water per supplier protocol. Exact volumes depend on concentration supplied.
Administer 24–48 IU (typically 3–6 puffs per nostril) using nasal spray device. Patient should be seated, head tilted slightly forward. Avoid sniffing deeply; allow passive absorption.
2. Injection site
